You have 14 days from delivery of your purchase to let me know that you want to return your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to me. Any items you want to return will need to be repackaged and we recommend that you use a delivery with proof of postage. You cover the cost of postage. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be made within 10 business days. If I have not received the returned order within 14 days we will assume you have decided to keep your order instead. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to concat me as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed then the returns policy will then apply.

All items will be dispatched within 4 business days. 
First Class Tracked – delivery within 1–2 business days.

The above timescales have been provided by Royal Mail. Please note that we are unable to guarantee these delivery times.

I am currently using the delivery service provided by Royal Mail. Orders may occasionally be delayed or lost. If this happens, please contact me as soon as possible. This will enable me to get everything back on track. Please bear with me and I appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters. Your orders help to support a small business.
 
Ordering from outside the UK
Please get in touch and I can price and organise orders individually. 

When ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these charges and unfortunately I am unable to predict these amounts. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
